Oak and Ash has always loved exploring new flavors.
Oak, fruit, spices...
High alcohol beers meant to be sipped, or seasonable IPAs to knock back with your friends.
We've extensively explored the world of flavor over the past three years.
Now that we acquired a factory of our own, we are able to experiment to our hearts content.

That need to explore new flavors has led us to become the only craft brewery in the country that makes beer, cider, lemonade, and an entire line of spirits.

ASH BEER

Ash Beer

Hoppy and hazy.
Our beloved NEIPA is bursting with fresh hoppy aromas and is flavor-packed with citrus and tropical fruit notes. soft and round pallet makes this a crushable one.

NEIPA

New England IPA

AMBER

Reddish brown, bitter-sweet and mildly hoppy.
This is our amber ale.
Balancing the malt's sweet caramel-biscuit notes with just enough bitterness and hop derived fruity notes.

American Amber Ale

Dark, rich, sweet and salty.
Our porter combines all of the grate qualities of a porter - chocolaty, nutty, toasted notes - with awesome hints of caramel and a light salty finish.

9.5% ASH

Sweet, strong and aromatic.
Our Belgian triple a strong, malt forward, warming beer. Dry, balanced with enough bitterness and highly drinkable.
Bursting with typical spicy notes thanks to the special yeast used in the making of this beer.

Belgian Triple

Copper-brown, tangy, sweet and fruity.
Our sour cherry is a mildly sour, tangy ale fruited with cherries, for a easy drinking, gateway beer into the realm of sours.

Golden, clear and crisp lager beer. Notable malt and bread aromas, lightly bitter and with a hoppy spiciness.

A-beer Red Lager

Red copper colored lager beer. Dips in caramel aroma with nice, balanced bitterness. Enjoyable and easy-drinking.

Dark, charcoal colored, lager beer. Roasted malt and caramel aromas. Rich, full mouthfeel and an exact balance of roasted, deep flavors.

Amber-golden colored IPA. Classic hoppy beer with distinct aromas of citrus and pine. Tropical fruit notes balanced beautifully with a malty backbone.

OAK Barrel Aged Cider 2021

This is our first release under the OAK series: Oak barrel aged beverages. This apple cider / apple wine matured in ex-whiskey ex-red wine, charred oak barrels for six months.
